Protocol

Please report all yellow and red cards to the union which hosted the match. If a match is at Schuylkill River or Philadelphia Women RFC, this will be the EPRU. All others will be the CRU.

NOVA plays Schuylkill at Schuylkill: All cards to either side are reported to the Eastern Pennsylvania Rugby Union,
NOVA plays Schuylkill at NOVA: All cards to either side are reported to the Capital Rugby Union.

Red Card Protocol

If you have a red card:

Notify the MARR president (Mike O'Brien: [email protected]) and the Eastern Regional Disciplinary Representative (Bryan Dewease: [email protected]);
DO NOT review film -- we do not want you to referee after the match;
Complete the relevant disciplinary report linked above.

Reminder: All cards should be reported to the Geographic Union that hosted the match.
